Startups Preparing for high-level management careers in real estate development A new degree option will help participants gain a competitive advantage and broaden their career options for leadership roles in real es- tate development, investment and related fields. The School of Management and the School of Architecture and Planning now offer a collab- orative MS in Real Estate Development/MBA, equipping students with specialized real estate de- velopment skills and a solid foundation in business management. Those who have a passion in both areas can learn from leading faculty with deep industry con- nections, giving them opportunities to engage with executives and organizations in both the business and architecture communities. Students who enroll in the integrated program can obtain their MS and MBA in less time than if they pursued the two degrees separately, enabling them to enter the job market sooner with enhanced credentials.
