Dear conference attendees, CLOE is excited to co-host our annual conference with this year's topic of Leadership Under Pressure: Rising to Today's Business Challenges. Building upon last year's theme of leading ethically in the world of work, we wanted to turn our focus to support leaders in uncertain and stressful times. Our 25 presenters are prepared to discuss their research and practice to help you better manage stress, motivate others and make decisions — in business, nonprofit and government organizations. For ten years, the UB School of Management's Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness has achieved its vision to be an internationally recognized center for thought leadership in organizational development and innovation. Our faculty have published groundbreaking research in all areas of leadership and share their knowledge to build leadership capabilities through our various programs, events and partnerships, locally and globally. We are confident, under the leadership of our new dean, Ananth Iyer, that our center will continue to create more effective leaders and organizations for years to come. Thank you to our CLOE faculty director, Jim Lemoine, the UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, all of our faculty, staff, speakers and our sponsors: Heather Bellini Photography, M&T Bank, North Forest Office Space, Rich Products, and the UB School of Management Alumni Association.
