Srinidhi Aithal, MS '16, was promoted to senior manager, information security at Rubrik. Jillian Gates, BS '15, MS '16, was promoted to vice president, assis- tant controller at Dime Community Bank. Vanepps Aithal Gates Atul Dahiya, EMBA '13, joined Clinvia as director of technology and operations. Ghaith Koussa, BS/MBA '13, joined Belfry as vice president of sales. Kimberly Stone, BS '14, joined The Lewin Group as senior consultant. Angela Rego, BS '15, joined Observe Inc. as senior manager, sales develop - ment. Dahiya Koussa Stone Rego While attending the Industrial Supply Association's ISA24 convention, Jennifer Murphy, CEL '12, was honored with the Women's Influence Award, recognizing her commitment to advancing the development and influence of women in the industrial supply sector. Murphy, who serves as president and CEO of NetPlus Alliance — a buying group for industrial and construction supplies distributors and manufacturers — has dedicated herself to transforming both the company and inspiring change within the industry. She actively supports women's advancement through her participation in the ISA's Women in Industry group and has also served as a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs in the School of Management. "Supporting the progress and impact of women is the right thing to do and is strategically important, because it fosters innovation, growth and sustainability," says Murphy. "I'm grateful for this recognition and remain dedicated to the empowerment of all people in the industrial and construction supply channels." In 2021, NetPlus transitioned ownership and leadership to Murphy from her father and company founder Dan Judge. Under her leadership, the company has seen remarkable growth and Murphy has created an inclusive and dedicated team. Cory Nealon, PMBA '16, received the 2024 SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence, acknowledging superior pro- fessional achievement and the ongoing pursuit of excellence. Laura Wanerka, BS/MBA '16, joined PepsiCo as communications manager, Gato- rade portfolio. Brittany Bartula, BS '16, MBA '17, published the children's book, "Paisley, Paisley Runs to the Store," which introduces financial literacy concepts to young children in an entertaining and accessible manner. Wanerka Bartula Kaely Kwitek '17, financial business manager at In- gram Micro, was named to Buffalo Business First's 30 Under 30 list for 2024. Briana Tom, BS Engineering/ MBA '17, sales en- gineer at Harper International, was named to Buffalo Business First's 30 Under 30 list for 2024. Miranda Hyzy, MBA '18, was pro- moted to senior business analyst at HarbourVest Partners. Sushant Uday Susarla, BS '18, was named data engineer at Apple. Jenna Behm, BS '19, was promot - ed to assistant controller at Scott Lawn Yard. Matthew Dembski, BS '19, joined M&T Bank as a lead auditor in consumer bank.
