Thomas Hughes '10 was named an associate at HoganWillig. Lauren E. Huson '10 was named commercial lines account execu- tive at the Evans Agency. Nicholas Jones, MS '10, CVA, was promoted to senior associate at Paramax Corp. Nicholas A. Romano '10 serves as associate attorney at Connors & Vilardo LLP and as deputy town attorney – town prosecutor for the Town of Cheektowaga, N.Y. Julie Bishop '11 was appointed director of sales at Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst. Michael Daddario '10, MS '11, joined Freed Maxick CPAs as an ac- countant. Jennifer Balke '12 was appoint- ed corporate development sales representative for WNED/WBFO. Oliver Hays, PMBA '13, was named senior public relations manager at The Martin Group. Kyle Rogers '13, public relations specialist at HealthNow New York Inc., was appointed to the board of directors for the Advertising Club of Buffalo. Grace Walker '13 was appointed as- sistant accountant at the Bonadio Group. Jennifer Amico '14 joined the Bonadio Group as assistant accountant. Emily Baczynski '14 was appointed business development director by City Dining Cards, a customer loyalty company. Jennifer Basile, PhD '14, was named associate vice president of data analytics and system integra- tion at Erie Community College. Renee Cerullo, CEL '14, presi- dent of RLCom- puting, began her term as president of New York State Women Inc. Joseph Chow, EMBA '14, MD, was promoted to president of Team- Health Urgent Care. Jesse Koester '14 joined the management development program at Will Foods. Brett Perla, MBA '14, was named an analyst for Crowley Webb, a marketing communications agency. Joshua Seward '14, MS '15, was selected for a prestigious post- graduate technical assistantship with the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Class Notes Hake Huson Daddario Balke rogers Cerullo Chow Perla Seward Rochester-area alumni honored Three School of Management alumni were honored by the Rochester chapter of the UB Alumni Association at its inaugural awards ceremony in June. Craig J. Jerabeck '83, MBA '84, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes sustained accomplishments that are widely recognized for their significance. Jerabeck is founder, president and CEO of 5LINX Enterprises. (To read more about Jerabeck, see page 13.) J. Michael Colyer, MBA '96, accepted the Distinguished Alumni Award, which recognizes exceptional career accomplishments, research or scholarly activity. Colyer serves as chief procurement officer and vice president of global strategic sourcing at VWR International. Christopher P. Diehl, PharmD/MBA '12, clinical pharmacist at Lifetime Health Medical Group's Joseph C. Wilson Center, received the Young Alumni Award in recognition of his successful career path, ambitious personality and leadership in the workplace.
