For decades, the UB School of Management's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership
has recognized and supported the power of entrepreneurship to launch human
potential, inspire innovation, produce jobs and generate wealth. The last few years
have been challenging for business owners, and never has working ON the business,
instead of IN the business, been so important.
The team at CEL is thrilled to partner with CLOE to bring you this conference,
Leadership Under Pressure: Rising to Today's Business Challenges. We hope to give
entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs the ability to enhance their leadership skills and
