Thomas Kram- er, BS '99, was promoted to administrative vice president at M&T Bank, where he serves as a senior comprehensive capital analysis and review manager. 2000s Martin Boryszak, BS '00, chief operating officer, Sisters of Chari- ty Hospital, Catholic Health, was named to the Buffalo Business First 40 Under Forty class of 2016. Jamie Shrock, MBA '01, was ap- pointed director, talent acquisition and development at Elderwood Health Plan. Jeffrey Crimmins, BS '02, chief information officer and chief security officer, Freed Maxick CPAs, was honored as a C-level executive at the annual Buffalo 612' awards. Daniel Lichtenberger, BS '02, was promoted to administrative vice president at M&T Bank, where he serves as a senior manager in the Controller's Department. Jack Mehltretter, EMBA '02, was appointed to the board of directors for Lake Shore Bancorp Inc. Jennifer Seth- Cimini, MBA '02, graduated as a member of the 2016 Class of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Philan- thropy Institute. Jennifer VanDewater, MBA '02, was promoted to vice president of health and authenticity at Rich Products Corp. Esther Clabeaux, MBA '03, CPA, was promoted to manager in the Small Business Advisory at the Bonadio Group. Julia Novelli Pericak, MBA '03, was appointed executive sales specialist at AstraZeneca Pharma- ceuticals for women's oncology therapies in breast and ovarian cancer. Christopher Zera, BS/MBA '03, CPA, was named manager of the West Seneca office of R.A. Mercer & Co. Kristin Crosby, BS '04, CPA, was promoted to manager at Brock, Schechter & Polakoff LLP. Seth Hennard, BS '03, MS '04, CPA, received the Rookie of the Year award from the Healthcare Finan- cial Management Association. Michael Madigan, EMBA '04, was named area leader of retail banking, Central New York at KeyBank NA. Dylan Rubadeaux, BS '04, was appointed assistant vice president and commercial loan officer at Lake Shore Savings Bank. Kirk Berry, BS '05, is president and CEO of KB Enterprises and recently wrote his first book, Five Powerful Tips for Motivating Youth. Joseph Zimolong, PMBA '05, was promoted to administrative vice president at M&T Bank, where he serves as a systems manager in the Commer- cial Credit Risk Department.
